Condition monitoring (CM) and condition based maintenance (CBM) are essential elements of a risk based maintenance and asset integrity management strategy, however, this is not always recognised. In many cases very little attention is paid to implementation of effective CM and CBM thus reducing the opportunity for the delivery of increased maintenance performance.

DATA ANALYSIS - CM data transmitted to CBMnet website for analysis by experts
CBM MANAGEMENT PROCESS - develop management process for condition directed maintenance
MAINTENANCE DECISION SUPPORT - condition assessments and maintenance actions made available to the asset
